The Weather Page is designed for the MET101 (Introduction to Weather) students for use in the laboratory portion of their course. Students are trained how to interpret weather models such as the NAM and GFS along with FOUS and MOS data in order to make a three day weather forecast for various cities around the country. Key documents to support this training include the 7 Key Forecast Variables and the Weather Forecasting Recipe. This page makes use of weather maps and other data that are publicly available on the Internet.
