Description of the case by student: A Frio County Judge Carlos Garcia is receiving the gift of life when his daughter, Missy Garcia, donates her kidney to her father. Carlos Garcia suffers from polycystic kidney disease and desperately needed an organ transplant. Missy never told her father that she had started the testing process to see if she was a match until she found out for sure that she was a perfect match for him.
