Directions for printing power point lecture notes (Microsoft Office 2007)

1)     You should save each lecture before you open it so you can make formatting changes.

2)     Select Handouts from the dropdown menu when asked ‘Print What:’ on the lower left-hand side of dialog box

3)     On the lower right-hand side, select 2, 4 or 6 slides per page depending on your personal preference

4)    Select grayscale instead of color
